1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, rental, and structural modification of industrial containers provided by Containerdelive. By issuing a purchase order or signing a quote for any of our models—including The Butterfly, The Mobile Stage, or Container Homes—the Client agrees to be bound by these professional standards.

2. Quotes, Orders, and Pricing

All quotes provided by Containerdelive are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue, due to the volatility of steel and industrial component pricing.

• Direct Sales: High-value assets (exceeding 2 600 € and up to 10 000 €+) require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation.
• Rental Plans: Standard rentals start from 80 € / month and require a security deposit and a signed commitment for the duration of the term.
• Custom Engineering: Modifications to structural integrity are billed based on complexity and specialized materials used.

3. Structural Integrity & Custom Engineering

Containerdelive specializes in high-end structural modifications. We guarantee that all side-wall removals and aperture systems (Aperture & Opening Systems) are engineered to maintain total structural safety.

4. Logistics and Turnkey Delivery

We manage the entire logistics chain to provide a turnkey experience. Delivery is executed via specialized crane trucks.

• Site Access: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the site is accessible to heavy crane machinery and that the ground is leveled and prepared.
• Delivery Timeline: While we strive for rapid deployment, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather or specialized transport permits.
• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client upon successful placement of the unit on the designated site.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

Containerdelive provides a comprehensive warranty on structural modifications and professional fit-outs (HVAC, electrical, and glazing).

• Industrial Units: Refrigerated units are covered by a specific technical warranty for the cooling systems.
• Wear and Tear: Standard cosmetic wear and tear resulting from normal use is not covered under the structural warranty.

6. Liability Limitation

In no event shall Containerdelive be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, arising from the use or inability to use our modular solutions. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific unit in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Containerdelive is registered. Any disputes arising from high-value transactions shall be settled through professional arbitration prior to any legal proceedings.
